Wors registration through the doctor I ever had. 8.01 call and they are allready fully book.all year round like that
My mother in law was registered here until the last experience. She was feeling very bad on the weekend and even got the ambulance at her house. They said to visit her GP asap. So very early on the Monday's morning she went to the reception of Cornestone Practice, explained the situation and asked for appointment. The receptionist asked her to go home and that the doctor will call her. The doctor called her when she was driving so she was unable to answer. She called back asap to reception and explained that she was unable to answer. The receptionist said its ok and that doctor will call her again. She waited but noone has called. Than she called them again at 14:00 and receptionist promised to pass her message to the doc. Nothing happened so she went to the GP again and asked what's happening. She saw the doctor sitting alone at the cabinet and that there was noone waiting, in fact, there were no visitors at all. And the reception said that doctor cannot see her that day. Noone even did apologize her for inconvenience caused and whole ruined day. Nothing to say about her health condition...
Brilliant doctors and nurses let down by front desk
My doctor is excellent but a couple of the receptionists are quite abrupt, which puts me off making appointments.
