Waited an hour to get through only to be told I couldn't have an appointment because I had to go to the chemist first
I had an appointment at 2.50 pm but was seen by the doctor 50 minutes later. This is not acceptable, as patients are expected to be punctual and the average waiting time is 10 minutes. This is the same doctor who overlooked my husband's cancer despite his past history.
Been with theses doctors years and I'm gonna carry on that way very nice people as well as good doctors
