I chose this surgery because I didnt want to feel like a number which has been my experience at large, multi doctor practices. Ive always felt important and listened too at Dr Nagpals surgery. 8am phone calls, I cant comment on because I always book online. But Ive always had the best experience, care and respect. In fact I encouraged my husband to join this practice and hes very happy. We wouldnt ever go elsewhere and would encourage anyone to join this practice.
Rubbish receptionist,don't pick up the phone at 8am .call about 62 times finally got hold of the receptionist after 1 and half hour later and she said fully booked now .AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS SURGURY
The worst surgery ever! I moved near to the area and decided on this surgery. However I've called them on multiple occasions at the time they said which was 8am but no one bloody picks up. I needed to make an urgent appointment as it was something very serious but you guessed right they didn't pick up.If someones life was at risk i bet you still wouldnt pick up the bloody phone. If I could rate it 0 stars I would!
I am sick and tired of having to ring all the time for an appointment: the service of the receptionist is horrendous and they claim to be busy all the time. Yeah right. By the time they pick up they say that we are fully booked sorry but theres only so much patience a person can tolerate but this is becoming a joke now. I suggest you get rid of the old receptionists and replace them with ones who are actually going to do their job.
They say ring at 8 but the lines don t open till 815 and by the time you get through we are given a the answer " oh we're fully booked". Ridiculous and a mockery.
