Had too many visits last few years so in an unfortunate position to be able to give an accurate review. Read a previous review saying reception staff have a bad attitude which I totally disagree with as I have always found them friendly and accommodating. Never had to wait longer than 2 days for an appointment, all my appointments have been non urgent and sure I would have got earlier had it been urgent. Doctors and nurses seem to do their job well and I have always been satisfied with the advice / treatment received. Never good having to go to the doctors but I like the fact that it is a small practice, carpeted floor etc, small point but hope it can stay that way

The doctors are pretty good however the attitude of the reception staff (specifically a lady named Susan) is absolutely disgusting. She is unwilling to provide any advice about booking appointments. is extremely rude and unprofessional and hangs up on people when they ask questions she cant answer, this has been a regular occurrence for a year now. Absolutely shocking and I will be leaving this surgery and advising everyone I can to find an alternative... Today i am now forced to drag my 2 yesr old to A&E because she refuses to book an appointment for a late night surgery and apparently nobody will be Will it to see us till next Monday!!!!..........There are several other doctor's in the local area all with nice receptionists
