Well where should i start? Receptionists, can be real stupid at times. 1 of them will go out of her way to hack you off. Request appointment for say AFTER 3.30 She replies "Can you come at 11.30" How inept is that?The Doctors, Show lack of interest in really treating you. Given an issue, questions "Have you been to"? Answer clearly not.Then they even FAIL to send for IMPORTANT referrals.Needless to say, now have seen the light & in the mist of changing practice. So if your after patient we don't care, this is the place to go.It must be that bad that,even other doctors & the practice manager have left. There's a vote of confidence for you.
Shocking can never get hold of them to make an appointment. Rude when you do get somone on the phone. By the time ur seen you may as well have got to the North Pole and back. Worst doctors going and the people behind the dest look like there dead on the inside. Need to make changes maybe haire new staff.
