A1 great service and car
Bought a rare 2004 automatic Audi 1.8t off these guys a couple of weeks ago. Really professional service, from seeing car, paying deposit, picking up car and settling balance took less than 30 mins. This is an indication of the trust I had in this garage. Didn't need the usual pushy sales or "the sell". Chris is a decent honest bloke who I felt comfortable dealing with and would have no problem trying to negotiate Blackburn's one-way system with (in joke!). Have a great Xmas and new year and oh forgot to mention, car's absolutely great!

I dealt with Mick regarding the purchase of a Bentley and this involved a long distance deal relying on trust between myself and Mick that the Bentley was as good as it looked online and that my two part exchanges were also of a high standard in the absence of any photographs.We then had to address how to get the Bentley to me in Poole and get two cars back to Blackburn. Once again Mick was able to arrange two drivers to bring the Bentley down and take my two cars back to Blackburn. A fair price was charged and the deal done. On arrival the Bentley was as described and my cars were also very well received one being described as 'concours'Mick also arranged the taxation , putting my private plate on retention and then putting the plate on the car when all DVLA paperwork had been processed. A very good garage to deal with all round.

Whitestone Garage answered all of my many questions knowledgeably which inspired confidence. Unfortunately there was a problem with my car, (which had nothing to do with Whitestone) but I had the car repaired without stress or fuss under Whitestone's warranty.Fantastic experience and superb customer care!
