Bought a car from these guys last March, returned it within 5 days of having it, had allsorts going wrong with it, would have cost me more to keep it. Car had been in an accident which wasn't mentioned at point of sale, and then told with the age of the car anything could have happened to it when I returned it. Went through months of stress dealing with these guys, they refuse to accept the law, I got sworn at over the phone by the owner which kept telling me lies about my refund, they refuse to reply to emails and refuse to respond to letters, had to travel back and forth by public transport also to communicate with them. They tried to force me to take the car back by threatening to leave it illegally parked saying it's my car now. And that they would charge me for storage, told them they can do what they want and I want a refund as I had legally rejected the car, I informed the DVLA to remove my name and not to send me the log book which was no problem. Eventually I had to take legal action and got my money back in full in August. It was very stressful. These guys will have you spend every last penny to get you to give up. Soon as the court contacted them they responded to emails. The sales guy imran just blatantly lies constantly and wouldn't make eye contact with me. They know the game but play stupid. The owner never showed up to give my refund any of the days he asked me to come for it and spoke to me in a disgusting manner over the phone. My advice is steer clear of these guys, and if you do buy be prepared to go all the way with legal action because it's the only way you'll get your money back from them. And also make evidence of every interaction with them and don't pay cash, always use credit card. I paid with debit card and the bank were useless with the charge back scheme. Imran had the nerve to ask me if I could pay cash and I refused. Should have cottoned on then what they are about. Don't trust the good reviews on here, they're most likely false. I wasn't going to post a review but this will be beneficial to future buyers hopefully.
Purchased a vehicle of these people very nice on time of purchase but realised there was a fault with the car, when I contacted them again to explain what had happened, they were very rude especially the boss , he kept saying to me that there was no warranty on the car where by law you have to give a warranty and basically they didn't want to know what's going on..I filed a report against them after they had tryed to fix my car on many of occasions but failed , still ongoing very bad service will never buy a car of these people again , don't look at there 20 year service they basically are a con artist , writing this review to help others not falling into the same trap, I'm having to borrow a car from somebody now untill mine is sorted out, not sure how long it will be very frustrating..
A very pleasant experience. Quality used cars in stock and all looking sparkling in a well presented showroom. Very helpful staff and go above and beyond to get you the best deal possible.
The sales team were very helpful and polite and everything appeared fine on the test drive. Got the car home and so far have had to spend not far off the cost of the car on fixing its dodgy engine. Was advised that there were no mechanical problems with it but after a few hours of driving the car won't even start
** AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS **Sold a vehicle dangerous to be on the roads. Refund refused. Upon threatening to take to court they agreed to sort the issues for us. Have done the best 'bodge jobs' possible. Shocking service. Shocking explanations. Imran states he has been in the business for 20+ years. I find this hard to believe. Unless you want to take on several cowboys AVOID AVOID AVOID.
