Fantastic customer services
Dont go here...zero customer service, walked in and left wishing i hadnt bothered. disinterested staff member who approached us asking if she could help. When we said we were interested in a Nissan Xtrail, told us she was from Seat and didn't know anything about Nissan. At this point thought she would ask a Nissan sales person to assist, she didnt and basically told us to check online when asked if she could read/print out spec of a car on the forecourt. Drove to Nissan Crew the following day and got first class service start to finish.Emma Stewart, had our sale of a Nissan Xtrail wrapped up in less than 30 mins. Maybe the lady from Perry's Blackburn needs some sales training from the team at Nissan Holdcroft Crewe.
We were at the Nissan side at Perry's" Cam " was the service agent who helped us on sat morning,nothing was to much trouble we looked at the quashqai and the estate model of the same! He took the time to try my trolly in the boot in bits ,he managed it with my wife helping. Cam was well versed in the quashqai in all models of it Considering were Perry's are with the Nissan side being refurbished our experience was quite positive I have to give Cam 10out of 10 .recommend Perry's
Emailed to check whether a Nissan Juke was at the garage, assured it was. Traveled 192 miles round trip, phoning on the way to check the car was still there, assured it was and we could test drive it if we wanted to. 2 hours each way in the car for my poor Mum who was in agony as she has scoliosis. Finally arrive and told they would go fetch the car for us to the front to look at.Ten mins later told the car had been given as a courtesy car for a month!! Absolutely livid with this garage, wasted our time and money but more importantly to me put my mum through so much unnecessary pain in the car for nothing. Later rung me to apologise and asked if Id still like to buy the car?! What an absolute cheek!I dont understand why you are advertising a car which is still advertised today, when you dont even have the car at the garage plus its false advertisement saying it has 15 miles on the clock when clearly itll have more and wont be in the condition its adverised as.I think its disgusting service and the fact that we contacted you twice to check the car was there and assured it was, is absolute joke. Personally feel you should offer us some money for the diesel wasted on our four hour journey for nothing.
Left hanging on the phone for ages, no call to tell me the car was ready and then left hanging around waiting for keys in reception.
