Nothing but very good experience of car servicing at Perrys, Blackburn. I took my car for service and a slight problem developed soon after. I spoke to them and they agreed to repair it free of charge. When I took my car in for its next service, they had charged me for windscreen wipers which it needed. But when I said they should have asked me first they immediately cancelled the charge. After parking up at a supermarket I noticed a scratch on the door which I thought may have been done during the service. When I mentioned this there was no denying it and they booked it in with their paint team who did a good job and without charge. Very pleased all round.
