Amazing service!!! I went in here on recommendation of a work colleague after a bad experience in another dealership. I was acknowledged as soon as I went in and within a few minutes a salesman called peter bowels approached me and went through the process of finding me a car to suit my needs. I couldn't ask for a better service or more helpful staff would defiantly come back and recommend to anyone looking for a car.
Read some of the negative reviews but theyre incorrect in my opinion. Chris W was outstanding from the initial appointment to talk through my choices to actually picking up my car. Always answered my questions on email when I sent them. Just got the private plate to sort soon but can hand on heart recommend Chris W to anyone looking to use Stoneacre Blackburn. I needed a car quickly and found Stoneacre helped me with this with excellent no pressure sales. I was initially unhappy with an aspect of the car I bought through Stoneacre Blackburn but once i flagged the issue with one if their mechanics the issue was resolved in a timely and professional manner. I felt I had further complaint regarding the issue and flagged this up and have found them to be professional in listening to my complaint and escalating it to the relevant management.Friendly, helpful, professional, accommodating and willing to listen to customers.Will do business with them again in the future.
We visited Stoneacre Blackburn in the hopes of finding a suitable family car. We were approached by very friendly staff members, the showroom is very clean and tidy with an array of vehicles nicely parked in and out of the showroom. Danny Townley looked after us and what a blessing he is. He is very honest, genuine and not pushy. He answered our many questions, worries and queries. He is an absolute asset to Stoneacre with his exceptional customer service and professionalism. He helped us narrow down to our amazing car and explained the steps that he will be taking to complete the transaction. Even through some tough reservations we had he had found a solution. Absolutely amazed with the treatment we have received from here. We also met Lee and Gareth who both are very polite and checked over the final details. Upon receiving the car the test drive was more than the drive down the road here! I was able to get used to the vehicle and Danny again was very helpful in assisting. I was aware that it was nearing closing time but there is no rush in this showroom, service continues on from when you leave. A very massive thank you for the easy comfortable experience Stoneacre!
Bought a car from here tonight. Cant fault the service. Test drove it yesterday with Danny. He was brilliant. We went on a super test drive that allowed me to get a proper feel for the car. The car itself was perfect. I needed to collect the car quickly and Danny sorted all the details really quickly for me. Fully valeted, all checks done, financial stuff sorted. Would definitely go back here and would ask for Danny. I didnt feel any pressure, he answered all my questions, there was no hard sell, and he was a really genuine young man.
