I travelled 50 miles from CW5 to view and consider a vehicle purchase from Globe Motors, I had never been to Blackburn or this company so I was totally new to using them. The first impression is a one of open , friendly and unrushed service without any pressure, I was given a lot of time to view and test drive from a stock of very clean cars and showroom (dont let the location be offputting) I purchased a vehicle had everything explained to me before I left. Unfortunately the vehicle returned to Globe for work/faults that needed attention. It took a little time but the work was rectified and more than I asked for had been carried out which reflects how meticulous this company truly are. They even refunded my tainfare and picked me up from the rail station . Bill the manager was not wrong when he said they would look after me if I needed to use them for warranty or service work at a discount for customers. This company are an outstanding example of customer service, choice and honesty and back up what they say through the work they do. I can only give 5 stars when they are worth so much more I hope they continue to be successful as they put the customer first in everything they do. If you need a second hand/nearly new car Globe Motors will not let you down and you can buy with complete confidence. I have been motoring for over 35 years and have experienced many things with garages , cars etc this company are probably the best in all this time and have restored my faith in that there are some people out there that do things properly. Well done Globe Im probably a new lifetime customer!

Friendly and helpful from choosing a car to driving it away, nothing was too much trouble.I paid for a extended warranty and given 12 months RAC breakdown cover. This enabled me to drive away with confidence.
Been picked up from their local train station was nice touch by Blackburn motors, something Arnold Clark could take lesson from .The layout of the place, the customers service & overall was terrific#blackburnmotors.
To look at it from the outside you wonder where you've gone. Once inside thou it's totally different. Show room is lovely and clean. The cars are immaculate and the staff are brilliant. I do hope the car lives up to expectations. They even changed over our road tax for us and if we have only call if we have any problems. 5 stars guys.
