Very poor service received by my daughter these people have wasted time in uploadinf pictures they have been disrespectful to my daughter on the phone hanging up on her not keeping her updated and generally full of excuses about their poor service. She is waiting for the area manager to look in to the case and hopefully she will be refunded 150 which was charged for literally stress stress and more stress shocking that such behaviour is actually being practised
Timewasters! Messed my parents around and caused lots of stress moving, apart from sending potential buyers to my mothers house without informing my mother is one thing then only to be told they would get keys Friday, so my mother cancalled telephone ,sky, ect and van booked to only be told its been delayed again. Hopefully some claim can be made against these timewasters
