Waste of time.
I personally get fed up to have to EACH and EVERY month phone and chase payments as a landlady for our property...then statements come through and it takes DAYS for the payment to reach the account to which I have to chase again. Seriously looking around. Just to make another phone call now as the last payment received was over 2 months ago.

There not to bad normally repairs are done in an average time seem to be polite but they can some times be slow
