the worst estate agents i have ever dealt with in 20 years of renting. Never fixed a thing in the property at all. I took time off from work for them to come around for an inspection and they never turned up. This happened 4 times. Very unprofessional and a company who doesn't care at all. Tried to make me pay my deposit twice as the original estates agents never put it in a deposit scheme. Threatened to through me out of my property unless i paid it agin. The property was in Great Hardwood, Blackburn by the way.Instead they are more interested in creating a new logo for their website. NEVER...I repeat NEVER rent a property from them !!!! STAY WELL CLEAR !!!
Avoid at all costs. Very unprofessional staff, will promise to call you back and you will not here from them. They claim to be the best in the business but they cant manage 1 property stay well away!
Never give them a property to manage they're incapable of doing so. You will never get a reply to your emails or call. Very unprofessional a lot better estate agents in Blackburn shop around don't use crown estates.
We recently bought a house through Crown. The staff and especially Steph were helpful throughout the process. They were always available to talk to and very helpful. They were happy to chase up sellers solicitors and even provide more viewings to the property. I would highly recommend Crown for future purchases etc.
