I had brilliant experience with Farleys could not fault them and my solicitor Laura Hastewell was fabulous. All phone calls returned as requested, emails answered, there was delay with completion however this was due to the other parties solicitors not Farleys. Am currently using then for my conveyancy also. Well done Farleys would recommend to others.
Very poor. Phoned them with some new business not relating to abuse but social services negligence with my autistic child. Found them super rude and impatient. Terrible manners and unprofessional.
Worst firm ever. I have lost my kids while I am waiting for the lawyer to get back from his two moths holiday and no one in that firm was bothered to reply to my repetitive calls. After two months of call attempts, we finally received a call from the lawyer who assured us that he would have been able to help if he was not be busy with his holiday and now the deadline has passed because he was on holiday, he can not do anything. I would recommend this firm only to people whom are desperate to lose their cases.
They might be great, I don't know, but nobody bothers answering their telephones, so I'll never find out
Not impressed was meant to receive a call and didnt. I rang them and when they did ring back to be told they tried to ring which was a blantant lie and I told her so on the phone. Was meant to be receiving forms in the post and got nothing. Thanks for wasting my time!!!
