Absolute joke of a law company paid the company 11 pound over payment due to an error with standing order for a case that was handed to them nearly 2 years ago which I had already gave the full amount. Due to not getting a reciept from them they had conned me out of. The divorce case had to handed to another solicitor as this company had not even sent the divorce proceeding to the other party. When I phoned to ask for the refund of the over payed amount they asked to see proof of address and proof of Id which I provided aslong as more and more Id but every time I phoned the person beathany weatherby would say our refund procedures or strict and we need more ID for us to issue refund. After approximately 50 calls I just gave up and said you might aswell keep the money looks like they need. It more than me. Absolutely a joke of a company. I would totally avoid this looking at the reviews they have on this website. Like is said should absolutely aviod.
