Spent the last week trying to get through to Beardwood to cancel my elderly Grandmothers appointment that she never made. She is scared to death that shes going to be charged up to 200 for the appointment and because shes deaf Ive been trying to sort this. Several messages left - as no one answers the phone and still no joy. Its a disgrace and its rude to not have the common courtesy to reply!
Excellent from my first appointment to having my surgery.. all the staff have been warm welcoming and answered any concerns or worries I've had.. my consultant has been fantastic.. surgery staff amazing specially when I was so nervous (patient and made me nice and calm) can't thank everyone enough.. thank you. Clean and tidy hospital.
I have tried over a period of the last 3 months to chase up a referral appointment to see a spinal surgeon for a second opinion and still to this day i have not had any joy, yet i am spending every day in agony and it isn't going away, poor customer service.
Seen at appt time by consultant who discussed my problem thoroughly and explained everything in detail. Clean and comfortable consulting room and pleasant and courteous reception staff.
