Very professional, caring practice
Do not even bother joining this practice, says they open at 8am however the lines are disconnected,You stay on the phone till 8.30 and then they say all the appointments have gone, really makes me wonder how that makes sense. Never any appointments and staff are not helpful at all, not even for a call back from the doctor, you're better off googling your symptoms at this rate and even that's more reliable than these lot.
This is the worst surgery I have ever come across. No one bothers to answer the phone when you ring. I requested repeat prescriptions and its been three days now, no one has looked at my request so far. Never been able to make an appointment to see a doctor.AVOID THIS SURGERY if you need decent service.
Great help. Nice freindly staff. Beware no parking. Stay safe.
