The doctors are amazing at this practice, Dr privonitz Dr masterDr wooding Dr bristow And Dr garg saved my mums life when she went in with a blood clot in her leg.The reason I gave 3 starts is because of the receptionist staff. They are rude and very abrupt. As if they are the doctors. You wont get an appointment unless you are severely ill.They got rid of one receptionist thank god she was terrible! If they dont like doing their job they should leave!
Absolutely horrendous.. Never want to be spoken to like that ever again.. I think the staff need to be trained how to speak politely when answering customer calls when someone has recommended to speak with this certain chemist. Very annoyed.
Tried to book appointment one particular receptionist was very rude to put it mildly, stating i will be wasting doctors time!!!. I didn't realise receptionist were qualified to make assestments over the phone.When finally made doctors appointment i wanted to make toddlers vaccines appointment in which she sarcastically commented " you do relaise doctors cannot vaccinate "
Receptionists are rude and very unhelpful. Doctors on the other hand are excellent. Shame the front end staff let the rest down. Telephone manner is also appalling. Dont expect anyone to answer the phone between 9am and 3pm.Ever.
Receptionists friendly and have a positive and friendly attitude both face to face & on the phone.Doctors warm and knowledgeable who explain their findings and course of action comprehensively with written information where appropriate.I've been registered with another surgery in the North West before - the difference is chalk and cheese!!
