Fantastic gym, I've recently joined with my wife and have got to say it's the best gym experience we have had. Seperate area for women and a wide variety of machines, equipment and products available.The welcoming we have received from the owners is incredible with lots of support and advice to help us get the most out of our time and memberships to achieve our goals.I highly recommend this gym, 5 stars!!!
This is an excellent gym. Current doing PT sessions to get to my goal and within the 2 months i have been i have noticed a substantial difference. Very friendly and they make it very enjoyable which you don't get from other gyms2 Month Update - Still continuing my PT sessions and have to say have noticed a substantial difference. Plenty of comments from family & friends. A big thank you to Hash and the girls for the support and mentoring
Brilliant gym and great staff very knowledgeable and know their stuff, hash has prepped me twice for competing now and he got me to the British finals, would definitely recommend wouldnt go anywhere else now
