This place is terrible. First, the receptionists are unprofessional; instead of attending to patients they engage with each other in idle gossip. The actual orthodontist assigned to your case will probably see you once or twice during the course of treatment and in between you will get these randomers who will attend to you. They don't inform you what they are doing to you and questions asked are responded with unsatisfactory answers. Trying to make an appointment is hell and they are not flexible or at all considerate of personal circumstances if you are a student/parent/human being. My treatment was meant to take 2 years, and it has taken twice as long and has caused me emotional and physical pain.I urge prospective patients to save yourself time and money and go somewhere else for your orthodontic treatment.
We have been at this so called ''orthodontist" twice so she can write correctly in the letter fir the dentist to be referred and she didn't manage to write it correctly . Maybe after 2 years she will manage to write it correctly . Bad experience.
Wouldnt recommend them. My sons brace has come off 4 times; you can never get a convenient appointment; and at one point they tried to fit someone elses brace in my sons mouth!
Great service at reception and also when treatment is being performed
We were treat like cattle, in a place that resembles cattle stalls to fit more people in - and the foreign lady that saw us was abrupt, rude and had a poor professional manner. They never answer the phone and have poor professional etiquette.
