Bank View Smile Studios is an amazing dental practice. I am a biomedical science student, who is hoping to start my graduate entry Dentistry course next September and BVSS kindly gave me the opportunity me to carry out my work experience at the practice. I am observing for a week, however in just the last two days I have learnt more than I could have imagined. I have been working with Dr Khalid Master and dental nurse Hailey and I can honestly say that their work on the different procedures is tremendous. The techniques used are very advanced and that is why the best results are achieved and the patients leave the room smiling. One of the new methods used ensures anaesthetic injections are pain-free - which I thought was impossible! The full dental team are very friendly and informative. Dr Khalid explains each treatment to every patient in detail and the advice he gives is invaluable. They definitely live up to their logo- calm and gentle dentistry. I hope that in time, I will also be a qualified dentist, who provides this high level of care. I will certainly be joining the practice myself. I would highly recommend this practise to everyone, I am sure that you won't be disappointed!

We came to Bank view for emergency treatment for our son as a new patient after an injury. We were offered an appointment very quickly and the treatment has been quick and he was dealt with compassion and we had great service. The staff are so caring and a happy environment makes you feel at ease. The whole family will be joining now and I would recommend them to everyone!
As a work experience student I witnessed many patients who were very satisfied with the treatment plans provided by their trusted dentist. Patients were willing to travel large distances to get treated because they believed that the dentist has the best idea for what type of treatment should be carried out. I even saw 3 Patients who travelled all the way from Edinburgh in Scotland for their treatment today. All dental staff and patients were very friendly.
Excellent practice and the best dentist I have been to, I would like to say thanks to all staff at the practice. The receptionists and dental nurses very helpful and friendly. The practice tried their best and fitted me in for a very fast emergency appointment before my holiday to re-bond a failed tooth Restoration. I would like to add that the failed restoration work was not undertaken by this practice, this was done by a different practice. Khalid did an excellent job of repairing the restoration taking time to prepare and also ensure excellent fit and finish and also that all bonding material was removed after to allow for flossing and cleaning. All work being done was very well explained at all stages. I would highly recommend this dentist to friends and family.
