An immature dental center that does not have experience that does not respect customers. Their service is extremely unsuccessful. I had an appointment with them when I left everything and went to the appointment. They said to me, "I'm sorry, Doctor, on holiday, they did not tell me that, they did not respect the date and did not respect the client, although I pay them money but they are rude
Fantastic practice, excellent care and very friendly staff. My daughter feels so comfortable here compared to the last the practice.
I feel inclined to write an honest review of the time we spent under this dentist. My partner signed up here as they take on NHS patients. She has never experienced problems with her teeth in the past, however AP Smilecare described some quite serious issues which turned out to be completely fabricated. She was told that she has gum disease, and that her teeth would eventually fall out - pushing her into handing over 50 to see the hygienist. A second checkup would see them try the same tricks again, this time pushing her to sign up to a 200 dental plan. None of this was necessary, we are now safe in the knowledge that her dental hygiene is good - another dentist confirmed there is no gum disease, no serious issues whatsoever. It should be noted all of this caused a great deal of stress and anxiety...beware.
Too much pressure to have extra work done.It's all about getting as much money out of you as possible.
