Small Vetanarinan practice, but a bit wanting as far as the floor in the treatment room, especially if you're four legged friends smell spots of blood on it, Should be mopped over if such spillages occur. Otherwise a good little Vet practice.
Awful service, have now changed to a different vets! The receptionist is incapable of relaying messages correctly, isn't very professional and would probably benefit from either a rocket up her backside or a brain cell! Nobody calls back when they say they will and aren't very apologetic when you have to keep ringing cos they didn't bother calling you back. Made up prices - was given 1 price for my dog's operation, which then went up by 100 before he was even booked in and they gave me 3 different reasons why. I asked what the highest cost would be, they didn't know but could be double! I asked if they do payment plans if it does cost more than I was quoted, they didn't know. I asked how long the op would take and if he'd have to stay overnight (so I could book time off work) but they didn't know. Then refused to book him in without seeing him for a second time, which I would be charged again for! All in all it's not been a great experience and I have now moved to somewhere else, where they know what they're talking about, have a clear pricing structure, answered all of my questions properly (first time too!), fully trained receptionist and not for profit! I wouldn't trust them to look after my pets properly as they "don't know" a great deal and seem to be just in it for the money! Disgusted.
