Alhamdulillah, I took my family to the Blessed Lands for Umrah with Sadat Hajj & Umrah in December 18/January 19. Under the Guidance of Pir Syed Sajjad Hussain Bukhari Sahib. As you can see from my previous review for my Hajj in 2017 with Sadat (on their Facebook page and Trust Pilot), I had an exceptional time. I booked 7 seats with them for Umrah this time. I had my children aged between 8 and 13 and my mother with me who is 67 and is ill and cannot walk very far. This was our main worry as we had young children plus an elderly person with disabilities. My mother wanted to complete her Umrah without a wheel chair and Alhamdullilah she managed not only complete her Umrah but also the whole 2 weeks without any wheel chair assistance. Again, both the hotels were within good distance of the Harams. After a brief rest at our hotel, Pir Syed Sajjad Hussain Bukhari Sahib took all the group to perform Umrah. He was with us every step of the way, helping us with the duas and prayers. He made sure he walked at the correct pace, constantly looking over his shoulder, making sure the group was together and still in earshot. Paying careful consideration as there were a lot of young children and elderly in the group.The Ziyarats were above and beyond what was expected. The number of Ziyarats fitted in to the 2 weeks was absolutely brilliant. The explanations for each one, with the amount of detail where very helpful. The group leaders Pir Syed Sajjad Hussain Bukhari Sahib (Urdu/Punjabi Speaker) and Sahibzada Syed Talha Hussain Bukhari Shah Sahib (English Speaker) were very knowledgeable and were always there for anything that we needed. No matter how big or small. The booking process, hotels, Ziyarats and transfers (new coaches for Ziyarats/Transfers) Mashallah the Sadat group excelled at everything. There is not one thing that I can complain about. We were also very happy with both the hotels and the optional daily gatherings (Mehfils) at Madina Sharif. My kids absolutely loved the whole trip, they want to go back asap and only with the Sadat Group. My mother has previously been on Hajj twice with other groups and regrets not going with Sadat Group before and is now telling all her friends. Praising the Sadat Hajj & Umrah Group for the brilliant experience, guidance, insights and knowledge that they shared. A very special thank you for making this a very special Umrah for me and my family. If it wasnt for the 2 year fine from the Saudi Government, I would go again within 12 months and again 100% would use Sadat Hajj and Umrah. This was our first time going for umrah and we had an amazing experience with the group leader pir munowar hussain shah bukhari. They looked after us and showed us all the procedures to perform the umrah and took us to all the zeyara with full explanation. We would love to go with them again in the future with our children. We went on Umrah in April 2018. It has been an amazing experience all thanks to shah sahib and the Sadat management, they provided a professional service with help and guidance at every point throughout the journey. We listened to both english and urdu/punjabi speeches at every ziyarat as well as daily Milad gatherings in Madinah shareef. When ever we called Syed Munawar shah on thier saudi number they always answered within the first bell and were happy to help in every way. They had organised a person to provide laundry service, he came to our hotel room to pick up the clothes and then returned them the next day washed and ironed for a low price compared to local laundry services, this is a service that most groups don't provide. At the airports the group leaders helped us remove our luggage with their own hands and waited until everyone was cleared, they remained with the group at all times. whilst travelling together on the coaches we were provided with useful duas and information by the group leaders and they had always stopped at eating and restroom facilities when on a long journey to cater for family and young children's needs.Our experience would not of been the same with a different group, i highly recommend Hajj or Umrah with Sadat. I travelled with sadat travels (with peer munawar shah) and i rate them 5stars! The service was brilliant. Ziyarahs are included in the package which is very good. I recommend anyone who is reading my review to travel with sadat travels! They are the best!!
Amazing hajj 2018 experience, not only religious guidance but emotional and mental support too. Very knowledgeable and kind group leaders who go the extra mile, first class service from hotels, ziarats, and transportation. Highly recommend!
