Went to Umrah in 2011, we were messed around, we had no hotel reserved for us in Medina we had to sit in a lobby for 12 hours before we were sent to a dingy place miles away for 3-4 days, we had shocking service. My family made the same mistake and went for Hajj this year with Hashim Travel, paying 4600 for a package and the service is awful, it took 12 hours to travel to Madina as the coaches provided were like rust buckets, and wouldn't travel at decent speeds, there flights were overbooked, no guidance given, this company needs to invest in it's people and not skimp on everything in order to make maximum profit. God is watching

Rubbish service never go with hashim travel
Hashim Travel provided a excellent service a great team and some great packages provided for our summer holiday.
Have been on umrah on a number of occasions. First time with Hashim travel. By far the worst company out there. We were supposed to stay in Madina for 7 days and expected the hotel room for that amount of time. On our final day in Madina our flight was scheduled to depart from Madina at 11pm and we were due to go to the airport at 6pm yet we were kicked out of our rooms at 1pm and told to wait in the lobby!!!!! All this because Hashim travel want to save a couple of quid by not booking the rooms. We had an elderly woman in our group and she had to wait in the lobby for 5 hours. Disgraceful behaviour just to save a few pounds. Avoid this company at all cost. I have submitted a complaint to the ministry of Hajj and urge all others that were affected to do the same
