Another time when we were waiting half an hour, had to call them twice, asking where's the taxi because we're outside with little baby in pram while freezing cold, they're saying it will be there in minutes then we had to wait another 15 minutes. Then the driver takes the longest and most complicated route, meter adds money even when taxi stops in traffic, for the route we always pay 5 one driver takes 6.80, also when we stop at the address the meter says 6.70, but before we got pram sorted (driver didn't help, so took a minute), meter was already on 6.80. As had a tenner, driver just took 6.80, when I said it was 10p less when we stopped, he said this is the price now. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
He is going to before us. Then he calls me to crush on it and he is gone to leave me in the rain with the baby and the children. When I want to call him impossible it does not respond his shutting down.
Absolute train wreck of a company. Ordered a taxi from Audley with some shopping, and after ten minute I called them asking why they werent here and they said theyd be there soon. So I sat out there and waited, in the freezing rain, when Im already ill, hence me ordering a taxi and not walking, and after another half an hour called again and he simply said call someone else. Absolutely stupid, beyond words. Lost an entire family of customers that use thier taxis three times a week. Recommend Arcade. Much better, and not as rude on the phone.
These guys are amazing , after being let down at the last minute for a wheelchair taxi for my mum I phoned Town Taxi and although he didnt have a vehicle to accommodate her size chair they went out of their way to find someone to help meExcellent service thanks guys
Came up from London with my daughter to buy a car from a place in Rishton No idea where we were when we got to Blackburn Station Black cab driver was AMAZING!!!!! When we got to the car yard it looked like the place was closed so the driver waited until he knew we were safe. He also gave us directions to the M6. What a lovely, caring bloke! Women travellers can feel safe in Blackburn, thank you so much
