Racist unprofessional & RUDE , very very POOR and disappointing service. AVOID AT ALL COST !! Rang to order a taxi was told to wait 15 min waited 25 min and upon calling back asking whats happened I was SWORN at and told to F*** off !!? This is not Arab land . Cant get more frustrating then not even taking your order fully and cutting you off ! Conclusion: just a bunch of hippy Asians sat in their backyard and For a much better price AVOID
I have using B&B for a long time, but today I had an anwful experience, I rang to check how long my taxi will take after waiting for 15 minutes, and being told that taxi driver has left my front house after waiting for 15 minutes, something that its impossible because I was outside after 6 minutes, no msg, no phone call, the staff told me that they dont need to call or text me, fair enough but that its how they do normally, when I try to explain that to him he said, sorry but I cant speak with you because your English its brokenI end up with no service, late, and was treated with racism.Very sad that some people out there still think that its acceptable being racist and xenophobic, this kind of people shouldnt work with customers services or perhaps should select his customers to only perfect English speakers?
It is good taxi base plight and cheap taxi too.
After months and months of being overcharged by another taxi firm (one instant the meter shown 3.10 and taxi driver insisted I have to pay 3.50 or when paying by card instead of charging me 4.5 for a journey from work he charged me 7! And that's just few examplea) I am using bb for a 2nd time and I paid 4.50 to get to work where other company would quot 4.5 but charge me anything from 5 to 7. I am going to use BB all the time now.
Charged me 8 quid from Blackamoor to lower Darwen. Called the office, didn't get resolved.
