Went for a haircut with who I believe is the son of the owners. He was massively rude and spoke to me in a disdainful and shaming way at the top of his voice. His point was that he couldnt achieve what Id asked for because the hair in the picture was nothing like my hair, despite me explaining numerous times that the picture was a loose representation of the kind of colour I was trying to achieve. He just ignored me and ranted for half an hour. He then laughed and high fived someone who appeared to be his friend sat on the sofas. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and traumatised me to the point its taken me over a year to speak up. This is absolutely not the kind of way you would expect to be spoken to by a professional and certainly not shamed in a salon no less! I do hope this guy has since been sacked, I would never set foot in the place again with him working anywhere on the premises. Have warned all my friends off too. The haircut by the way was awful. Do yourself a favour and keep well away.
Got my haircut here. The receptionist said the cut would be from approx (not certain) 12. I got charged 20 for the haircut. They said they price off how much length gets cut off. I wasn't too mad about it but then the hair dresser had the audacity to say ''there should've been a wash too''. Then WHY did my hair not get washed. He said this AFTER my hair was 'done' too. I basically paid for my hair to be washed etc without getting that treatment. Absolutely rude and my hair just looked shorter, no styling, blow-drying or anything. Shouldn't even be 1 star..
