Kyle ruined my hair by leaving bleach on it too long , I'll never set foot in this hairdressers again !! No idea what he is doing .
Went for a haircut with who I believe is the son of the owners. He was massively rude and spoke to me in a disdainful and shaming way at the top of his voice. His point was that he couldnt achieve what Id asked for because the hair in the picture was nothing like my hair, despite me explaining numerous times that the picture was a loose representation of the kind of colour I was trying to achieve. He just ignored me and ranted for half an hour. He then laughed and high fived someone who appeared to be his friend sat on the sofas. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and traumatised me to the point its taken me over a year to speak up. This is absolutely not the kind of way you would expect to be spoken to by a professional and certainly not shamed in a salon no less! I do hope this guy has since been sacked, I would never set foot in the place again with him working anywhere on the premises. Have warned all my friends off too. The haircut by the way was awful. Do yourself a favour and keep well away.
Having attempting to strip and bleach my own hair I ended up with an orange dead mess on top of my head. I was devastated and my fiance rang the salon right away. Eric agreed without hesitation to fit me in for a consultation and I drove straight down to the salon. (This was on a Thursday). Eric didn't sugar coat anything he told me straight that I have basically ruined my hair and it was basically on the brink of snapping off. Anyway long story short I had a wedding party to attend on the Saturday and they managed to fit me to try and salvage my hair on that Saturday before the party . I was a nervous wreck but staff put me at ease. Eric dyed my hair the colour I had chosen on the Thursday and I had an olaplex treatment.... the results were unbelievable, my hair had gone from an orange/yellow straw mess to a bluey/black shiney,great conditioned very pretty looking Bob. I was blown away with the results and I had Emily do my make up for me so I felt amazing and like a new woman. I had never used the salon before and only heard about it because I used to live local. I now live at the other side of town but will not be using any other hairdresser ever again (or attempt to stupidly do it myself ). 100% recommend this salon to anyone and eveyone. Great atmosphere and staff are lovely. Also great prices !
