Absolutely fabulous. Staff looked after us all afternoon and the food was first class.
Just eaten here. Food outstanding today particularly Roast Beef and Game Suet Pudding. Staff attentive even though busy. Waiter Lucas very pleasant efficient and helpful. Will visit again soon.
Our waiter (who I think was the Maitr D') overheard me talking about my dietary needs... I don't eat meat, avoid dairy and can't eat onions. I didn't even have to ask anyone, he came straight over offering things that weren't even on the menu or to tailor things to my needs. We were there for hours and he was nothing but lovely and helpful, cannot sing his praises enough! All other staff were very professional and friendly too and they also have a great range of beer! All in all a fantastic experience
Smart, clean pub/restaurant with a good selection of beers and food. The staff are welcoming in a pleasantly understated and unfussy way. A very nice stop off when enjoying the Witton Weavers Way, well it was for me anyway.
Absolutely superb. Most delicious food, wonderful staff... Very attentive, friendly and quite helpful indeed. The ambience is welcoming and lovely. We most highly recommend Clog and Billycock!
