We have eaten here on many occasions, I love the lasagna here and the Currys andEven though I love my meal and I got it off the savers menu as I'm no huge eater and I knew I could eat all the portion, my partner who wrote off the Specials menu ordered a steak on a bed of vegetables with chicken wings and it also came with the burger and fries the chicken wings with well overdone and the burger tasted like it had been warmed a few times, normally my partner would never leave his food as is a big Guy, he tried eating the burger but only managed half at a push, and I admit he at all the wings even though there is a little crunchy and dry we did go in the last 2 hours of serving. He refused to complain.But like I said I really enjoy my meal and even more so my dessert. we both enjoyed the atmosphere.
Good cheap food could do with better cleaners.
Great variety and a great pub, beer, cocktails and good food
Booked in for a meal, went to the bar and ordered an IPA when the barrel went halfway through pouring the pint. The bar tender told me it needed to be changed and continued to serve other customers, no worries. Whilst stood in front of him 15 minutes, he then asked if I wanted serving, a bit miffed, I'm waiting for the other half of the IPA you've already poured, to which he replied "The barrel will not get changed till tommow morning" 15 minutes to late in my opinion for that information
Boss found us a table though we hadnt booked. Good steaks, burgers and trimmings and Premiership Football on multiple screens. Very friendly service.
