Our roof sustained some damage during a storm a couple of nights ago and rain water was literally pouring in! We needed an emergency roofer and fast! Being a dark, wet, Saturday evening in winter, I was holding out little hope of finding anyone that could help. We found Hollyfield Roofing on a Google search and contacted them. James was more than happy to come out and was up on our roof in no time.He managed a temporary repair for the Saturday night which stopped the water coming in, and was back onsite first thing on Sunday morning to do the full repair during the daylight. If he hadnt attended on the Saturday evening and done the temporary repair we would have been in serious trouble. It would have been horrific!Not only was James great to deal with but he was also very determined to help resolve the problem on the night. Considering the out-of-hours call-out and the work that needed to be done, in my opinion he was more than reasonably priced. Having seen the situation we were in, Ive no doubt many others would have picked a number and doubled it; but James was straight up and fair. We honestly cannot thank him enough. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Hollyfield Roofing to anyone who needs work done; in an emergency or otherwise. Cannot fault the service here. Thanks James! You made a massive difference!
Did excellent work on my leaking roof, put up a new valley, paid some cow boy roofers twice to get it fixed and still didn't get it right however no more leaks thanks to James, great guy to chat too. Thanks again would definitely recommend.
Excellent service. Rang James and he replied straightaway and texted me the same day to say he when he would be arriving. He diagnosed the problem without any fuss and charged a reasonable price. He carried out the work on the same day I rang and was really professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to use him again as his workmanship and customer service was superb.
We cant thank James and his team enough. We were left in a real mess by a previous roofer who took a chunk of cash and left us without a roof. James managed to fit us in and didnt take advantage of us being in such a predicament. The quality of the work done by all the team is exceptional, Nathan kept me updated on what was going to be done that day and what had been done at the end of the day. The job was left clean and tidy, they were all polite and extremely hard working. They went above and beyond to help us out, they made suggestions to save us money where we could and the roof looks great.
