I recommend you do not use this company. I purchased something from them and returned it within 14 days of receiving it and they will not supply me with a refund, despite many phone calls and a letter. Their voicemail message is unprofessional (stating it's unlikely they will respond to your call). All communications have been protracted and it's evident they are not customer service focussed.
Been going there for years now...Old chap and his sons...Always friendly and they know the job...prices are very reasonable and they will go out of their way to help...good hardworking folk with a excellent retail ethic...
Ordered and paid for a product. Was then told it would be despatched within 14 working days. When over three weeks later I chased the order I was told they didn't have it. No communication. Waste of time.
