Brilliant staff help you around the store
Everything you want in one placeOne of the largest Asda stores I have been. If they do not have what you are looking for in this Store, it simply doesn't exist. Great variety of products, anything and everything from baby food to car accessories and home ware. Excellent value for moneyStaff is equally friendly and attentive.

Ive shopped here for years And although there are a lot of helpful staff here there are some bad apples too, I was livid today having looked for tiger rolls on the shelf they appeared to have been sold out but I saw a few packs behind the bakery counter with reduced stickers on them so I enquired to the staff member close to them was it possible if I could have a pack of them and she impolitely said no youll just have to wait till Ive reduced everything else to which I replied Im in a rush and I only want a pack of them but again she said youll have to wait like everyone else, there was only myself there?? So I waited 10 minutes and as she was wheeling out the trolley I had to fight through a crowd who had gathered for the reduced items and I was lucky to get the rolls, I think this was disgusting and no way to treat a customer so I voiced my opinion to a duty store manager and he said its their policy to behave this way at the cost of making people feel like theyre a burden and like an animal at a zoo waiting for feeding time, Ill be spending less time at this store and Indeed I will only shop there as a last resort
Used to live near Asda, and was really impressed, years past, asda has become very poor, car park nightmare, the food doesnt taste as good... price doesnt seem all to good either...
