The first and last time we visited here was a disaster. The play area is large and from what I saw well kept. The prices, although edging towards the more expensive side, were ok and there was plenty of seating on offer. The only issue that was originally apparent was that at some points the 'drop' slide wasn't being constantly manned. However, the severe issues came at lunch. We had ordered fish fingers & chips, which to most, is an easy meal. It was slow to come out and when it finally arrived we noticed that the fish fingers my brother had tucked into were very grey. He had three bites before we noticed and we immediately took them off him and instead had to buy him a bag of crisp. 'Lo and behold two days later he was admitted to hospital with severe food poisoning. I think this , as well as the report of rats in the kitchen speak for themselves so I won't critise further. This was my experience of Funtazia.
Took my two kids 9 and 11 and they loved it. Much bigger than anything around Burnley and a decent price. Plenty of variety.
Took our Granddaughter for the first time today. The place is very clean and there were children of all ages having great fun, from babies to bigger kids ( me included ) Its a great large, open space with plenty to play and do! Definitely burned some energy off! Grandad and Daddy also enjoyed a Sunday Full English breakfast which both enjoyed! Only minus is the price of Coffee.. but, we will definitely take our Monkey again! .... and the staff were lovely and helpful.
Really enjoyed our morning at Funtazia. I was really impressed with the overall facilities and our daughter absolutely loved it. Probably one of the best soft plays I've been to.
Jack has such a fantastic time here, there's loads to do and it's all very well looked after and run properly. The food we had was not bad but only snag was the price, I think quite expensive for what we had. Most important thing is Jack left happy !
