I really like the range and the Blackburn store has a great selection of products, however, my recent visits have been completely unsatisfactory. I was looking for 2 lanterns and could not find them so I asked at the customer service desk. The lady manning the desk called for assistance and nobody appeared for a good 10 minutes, despite her calling out on the tanoy 3 times. So she took me too the home section herself which I had already been round numerous times. She then passed me to another colleague who really did not want to help me and her attitude showed it. She took me back to the home section for a second time despite me asking if they could just perform a stock check as I had the item number. Neither staff member wanted to resolve the issue or provide me with any information about the lanterns. I eventually suggested that I ordered them online and after all thethe walk round and waiting for 30 minutes was told, "that would probably be quicker". So I placed my order which was delayed and when it finally arrived in double the delivery time it was supposed to take, the largest lantern was completely smashed. I feel so disappointed and frustrated with the whole situation. It is still to be resolved by customer service.
I wanted to return something for my own reasons. Customer service was excellent. Young man on desk was very friendly and helpful
Love this store... It has almost everything you need and at reasonable prices too. If you haven't been well sadly you're missing out.
It's always nice to see a happy face on a member of staff...it's a shame I had to wait until I went in b+m to see one. Couldn't find the Christmas cards...was told buy a guy on help desk they are with seasonal stuff. They aren't.
Nice to browse as well as buy. Such a varied amount of products, excellent for gifts for all ages as well as personal shopping. Nice cafe too. Only downside is the limited CCTV parking restrictions, especially if you have children with you, for such a large varied shop, you need to plan your time as the tills are sometimes busy too.
