Took the jack out the boot so when I got a puncture and rang them about the missing jack they sent out the AA. It was only on returning the car did they tell me that the jack was intentionally taken out so customers wouldn't attempt to change tyres and injure themselves and then would HAVE to ring for roadside assistance. Tyre cost me 75!! They then had the audacity to tell me that if I had taken the extra cover (110) then it be fine so not only did they come across as oily bankers but their math was on par with a toddler because ... yes that's quite right 110 is more then 75!
