Really enjoyed our weekend away here. Very quiet and peaceful with not much going on around. The place we stayed in was excellent. Brand new cabins with large screen internet tvs, your own wifi (which we were able to login to netflix and streamed perfectly), en suite bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher etc and all kitchen utencils. We brought along a load of shopping and found we didnt want to go out anywhere as the weather was awful (December) but the cabin was so nice. The Black bull pub is very close (1 min walk) and that is very good for a meal or drink. Would definatley return here.
Large very nice lodges. Secluded area with nothing on site except the lodges. Very good pub and restaurant nearby.
Weeks holiday, beautiful setting, well organised but no reception available but contact numbers in info pack and very accessible. Pub, dog friendly inside and out, great beer, staff and food. Lots to explore around. Would definitely return again.
We have just returned from a 4 night break and thoroughly recommend the park. Accommodation was beautiful and very clean and modern. Very peaceful and lovely friendly residents and guests. We tried the Black Bull pub at the entrance to the park which was very nice and inviting and also served food and had special food nights. Will definitely be booking to stay at the park again and totally recommend it to anyone wanting a chilled out break.
We have just got back from a long weekend here and its got to be the best break we have had in the UK ! The accommodation was 10/10 very clean, modern and has everything you need inside much like a home away from home ! Everyone on site is so friendly. Even our cavalier king charles loved it, plenty of room for him to walk around as it has decking that goes around the lodge. Will definitely be returning :)
